We ship all KAVA products PAN India in a minimum of 3 working days and a maximum of 9 business days.

International orders can take upto 10-15 business days.

You will typically receive your KAVA Shop orders within 5-7 business days! Please keep in mind that delays may be possible around major holidays, and due to any lockdown situations.

In the case of lost or missing packages, after investigation with our shipping partners, you will be refunded, or we can send you your order again. Please email us at info@kavashop.in in case of any queries. 

Once an order has been received, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of that product unless it is a damaged product or size issue. You can email info@kavashop.in or DM us on our official insta handle for an one time size exchange, in which we will intiate a pickup for you. Please keep in mind the charges incurred for this exchange will be bourne by you and will typically range from Rs. 120-180.

This request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the ring, any delays will not be entertained.

In the case of damaged or defective goods received, please email us at info@kavashop.in with your order number and pictures of the defective items, within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will initiate a pickup, in which all original packaging and items must be returned. No refunds will be entertained post 24 hours.

Once the Package is sent back and the items checked, a refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days and should reflect in your bank account within 24 hours from initiation.
